Privacy policy
This page is an automatically generated privacy policy template. It does not constitute legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance tailored to your situation.
Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when contacting us through the available channels on this site (contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp). This may include your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your inquiry. We do not collect browsing data or install tracking cookies.
How we use your information
The information collected is used solely to respond to your inquiry, coordinate the delivery of Mi Vida ID products, and maintain communication related to the products requested. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Storage and retention
Your personal data is stored in internal Emov Studio LLC systems with restricted access. We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and, thereafter, for the period required by applicable law or standard industry practices.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information when required by law, court order, or competent authorities, or when strictly necessary for the delivery of the contracted service (for example, with payment or logistics providers directly related to your order).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Nicaragua's Law 787 and applicable law in your jurisdiction. To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected].
Visit statistics
We use PostHog, an analytics service hosted in the European Union, to understand anonymously how this site is used: which pages are visited, for how long, from which country, on what kind of device and which contact buttons are tapped. We do not use cookies. We keep a random identifier in your browser that is not linked to your name, email or phone number, and we do not collect those details or what you type in forms. Your IP address is used only to work out your country and is not stored. Statistics are kept for one year, and we do not use them for advertising or sell them. If you prefer not to take part, add ?notrack=1 to the page address once.
Contact
If you have questions about this privacy policy or about how your personal data is handled, email us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +505 7717 0325.
Data controller
Mi Vida ID is a product of Emov Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. For any privacy matter, email us at [email protected].
Contact form and WhatsApp
The form on this site asks for your name, WhatsApp number and email address. Those details are not sent to our servers: the form composes a message and opens WhatsApp on your device, and the message is sent only if you confirm it. From that point the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, a Meta service governed by its own privacy policy.
Health data in your emergency profile
This site does not ask for medical information. You enter the details of your emergency profile (for example, blood type, allergies, medication, conditions, surgeries, insurance and contacts) after you order, and you decide which ones to include. This is sensitive data. We process it only to show it to whoever scans your code or reads your keychain and to alert your contacts. You can change it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
Who can see your profile
Anyone who peels off the label and scans the QR code, uses the printed backup code, or holds a phone to the NFC keychain can see the emergency details in your profile. That is why the code sits under a label that should be peeled off only in an emergency.
WhatsApp alerts and location
With Mi Vida ID Plus, each time someone scans your code we send a WhatsApp message to the contacts you registered, up to five, with the location where the code was scanned when it is available. By registering someone as a contact, you confirm that they agree to receive these messages.
